2008 ATSSI WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
Swimming to improve your health, as a form of exercise, or to keep fit, is wholeheartedly recommended by nearly everyone dealing with health or fitness. For many, however, it can seem like too much work, or is just not enjoyable. The reason may well be that more often than not, people simply need to learn a different method of swimming from the one they learned as a child or adolescent.
